Every month at The Creek host Eugene Ashton-Gonzalez brings together the wittiest writers, comedians, and actors from around New York to tell shocking, hilarious, and intimate tales of their lives at 1001 Nights.

8:00pm

Just like middle school kickball..... but with comedy improv! Each team captain has 6 people in the pool and we each take turns picking them, one-by-one till our teams are formed. Wait!! There's more!! Each team also picks out of our talented audience!! This makes it a good thing to be "picked last for kickball". Don't worry there's a guest monologist/ref to make sure things won't get too out of hand.

This show our captains are............

Jack Carter, James Ferrarella, Andy Rocco & Sarah Laurson

So, come get picked last or I'll be by the flagpole waiting for your ass!!!!!

10:00pm

The Creek Sketch Invitational is a 12 team tournament pitting some the hungriest (read: homeless) sketch groups in the city together and making them joke each other's eyes out.

Each show, three teams will compete, with the winner decided by combining the audience's vote with a panel of knowledgeable judges. And while the votes are being tallied, the crowd will be treated to a one-time out-of-competition performance by some of the biggest names in sketch.

Talented newcomers! Battle-tested legends! Voting! The CSI, baby. It's not just a stupid show about science cops anymore.
